he couldnt follow the instructions correctly. thats an indicator for intoxication. and one indicator i all you need to make an arrest. hw did NOT pass the test with flying colors. its nice seeing people who havent had dui training making assumptions about stuff they know nothing about

@sprjcube :32 fell off balance, 1:20 took 10 steps, 2:19 had to be re-told to keep his head back, 4:29 had to be corrected after failing to look at his toes during one leg stand, and then failed to count by one thousands.

and judging by his questioning after the HGN test, its reasonable to conclude that he failed that test.

this is plenty for an arrest.

@420991 If you think this is fair, just behaviour, I suggest you look at bullyonline - this guy fits the profile of a serial bully, and I think the results of psychometric testing would be very interesting on the creep. Might be interesting to see your results, also, if you think it's appropriate to give an instruction, then when someone is trying to comply, change the instruction, ask a question, then not allow a reply, accusing of refusal to answer. If you're a cop hope you get caught soon.

@Kjunsl1 have you had formal training at a certified law enforcement training center? if not then you arent qualified to make that assumption. one thing we look for, the main thing, is the ability to follow instructions. something this guy had difficulty doing at times. thats enough for an arrest

I can guarantee you that this cop wouldn't have gotten away with this shit if it was me. I would have started screaming harassment and threatened to file a report against him if he continued to be unfair.

I have done this before and it works well. You just have to know how to turn it around on the cop that is causing the issue. I told a cop before that if he pushes me again, I will file a case against him. I looked at his tag and continued to say that he's in big trouble. I had witnesses.
