It's helping to keep me motivated to..haha tbh it would be completely embarrasing if I done all these videos and I didn't lose any weight by the end of it :L And congrats on being on the lfestyle change for 5 weeks.! Great video! You had fantastic tips....I always forgot not to eat too close to bed time :P By the time I've actually organised dinner and eaten, it's always so late! Frozen veggies are a staple for me too :D And the smaller plate is an awesome idea! Will definitely be trying that one out tonight...I'm having shepherd's pie with salad :)

Here's a tip I'd like to add, Most everyone thinks diet sodas or pop is a healthy alternative from the originals, this is NOT the case, read the contents...these drinks have Aspertame in it. The chemical composition of Aspertame is such that when your body temperature reaches 102 degrees - and when exercising your body will generate this much heat - the Aspertame in your system turns into Formaldehyde, the toxin used to embalm the dead...AKA poison to your cells. Try milk or water instead.

Regarding breakfast it depends on what you'r eating during the day, if you have cereal for breakfast & then again for dinner you more than likely won't be getting enough nutrients because your diet isn't varied enough. Once whatever your eating has protein, carbs, dairy, fruit & veg it should be okay but alot of breakfast foods won't have enough of those
