This is just my perspective and opinion; but I believe that when they get stefan back and he has his humanity, she will see that the feelings for Damon will be greater than her feelings for Stefan. Its hard to believe she could love Damon after ALL he put her through, but their clandestine love for each other will prove that all along, they were meant to be. Stefan will fall in love with someone else [or Katherine] and all is well in Mystic Falls <3
