@kkkbg100 Well the game itself: Yes you have to download it I'm pretty shure. The maps just come with the download. If ever new maps are created, there'll be an update to the game, not that hard :D.

they do hack, they can use them, as you see in the video he has a blue m416 cqb, thats chams

It involves modding the game files.

You switch out the files for unreleased maps with the training ground map files. Then you go into the "training" mission and BAM. Unreleased maps.

I have a video similar to this one + a video of a glitch/hiding spot I found.

Everybody already has it in their game files, including you. Nexon just hasn't enabled the map yet.

The file for the map can be found in C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Game\WORLDS.rez

The game modes available can be found in C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Game\GMS.rez

I already have deciphered two and figure out that this map will be available for Last man standing, and Capture the flag, although there are two others but I'm not sure what modes they are yet.
