Wow, its so different from your usual faire. I thought it went too long, but the first minute was awesome. Maybe if you shaved the last minute off of it it would be a good length. As much as I love it, maybe take out some of the later Elfin Lied stuff you had in there? I liked whatever one had the girl carrying the big cleaver, I'd say keep those. Also the sepia look in the violent scenes was really cool, reminded me of when they went black and white in Kill Bill, Vol. 1.
