  • I was "Miss Cape May" of 1977!! My parents had a house 2 blocks behind Congress Hall - it was a great place to spend summers then, but has changed considerably over the years...not necessarily for the better, unfortunately. FYI, at 1:06, the Angel By The Sea (and the second pink "sister" building right behind it) were MOVED from their original locations in Cape May. Also moved was the building shown right after that one. Lots of history there...very walkable town. Thx for posting!

  • i have lived in nj all my life and NEVER went to cape may. what's up with that? lol I have heard it is beautiful out there.

  • ah good memories i go there for about a week in the summer with friends in a house down by the lobster house dam yachts making me feel poor

  • I went there my self and I nearly died of boring ness

  • i stayed in that big baby blue hotel with my friends

  • it sucks to be a kid and live there theres only like 2-3 families with kids to play with but hey surfings great!

  • Back in the 60s my dad helped remodel the Physick Estate, got a neat old sewing manchine and microscope from there, my nephew still has the microscope.

  • Love cape may i stay at the congress. i love the arcade

  • pretty!!! love this town!

  • pretty!!!

  • Dude I go to summer station every year (near congress hall and uncle bills and right next to the rusty nail)

  • I do love Cape May. I have gone there on vacation almost every year, and it's just nice to feel the Atlantic breeze, smell the fudge, look at the architecture, and especially to walk! You really do walk everywhere in Cape May. There're streets, but there is really no reason to use them. The only traffic there is on Beach Street, really, but that goes straight around Cape May, so some idiot probably passes by this beautiful town every day and doesn't give it a second thought. Awesome place..

  • this is the best place to ever be.. i love cape may.. Its the best place eva.. i cant think of another place i rather be

  • *read comment below first* week of august. i am not trying to brag! i just luv cape may! we also luv to go fishing and hunt for seaglass and sand crabs and regular crabs and jellyfish and dead sandsharks at the bay *lol i know its pretty disgusting, but KWL*!!! i luv cape may so much!

  • every year me and my moms side of the fam go down their. we rent a big beautiful house. it has a huge front and backyard. it has a pool and spa in the backyard! the inside is beautiful!! i love it! we always go in the pool or go to the beach. at night we go in the town and get ice cream and go to the fudge shop. we dont go on the horse and carridge cause we think its animal abuse. i go with my mom, dad, brother, cousins, grandparents, and aunts and uncles. we rented the house again for the first

  • My hotel room is 1/8 of a mile from congress hall near the rusty nail

  • Liked your video. Pretty well captures all I remember from Cape May. Just wish it had been less bleak weather. Shot in winter? Spent many happy holidays here with my parents, children and extended family. I've travelled many places and would rate Cape May as one of my top holiday spots. Plenty to do for all ages... just park the car for the week and walk or cycle everywhere.

  • I love Cape May! It is like out of a movie! If you go you have to stay on Jackson Street, that's a must, our family has stayed in a lot of the houses along there, the best out of all of them was The Beacon

  • if your an adult, you will love cape may. its a calm relaxed kind of place. if you need excitement you got wildwood or atlantic city close by!

  • hahah! cape may isn't that amazing! i live here. and its actually boring. so if you ever win the lottery don't waste it on cape may. use it for something more useful! :]

  • cape may is heaven.

  • I love Cape May! We just got back 2 days ago and it was the one of the most fun and enjoyable vacations that i've had in a long time! Such a beautiful town!

  • gonna be therenext week!

  • Cape may is the best Jersey shore and one of my favorite beach towns of all . Good video!

  • I LOVE Cape May. I've only been there once, but I love it. If I ever win the lottery, one of the things I plan to do is buy a house right on the beach, and its going to be in Cape May, NJ!

If you like Cape May, I think you'll also find that you'll like Chincoteague Island, Virginia. I was there in June, and I loved it, it has that relaxed, yet upper class feel of Cape May.

  • I love Cape May. We always stay at the Marquis de Lafayette and eat at Uncle Bill's Pancake House. Oh, and I've been on that Whale and Dolphin Watch twice =]

  • you did good getting all of the major landmarks, the oasis has the best food in cape may.

  • Nice video of all of the highlights....before the tourists get there. Dock Mikes for pancakes!
