@nate009gmail Hey, i have a shoulder problem also due to so much cricket. This exercise should be used with a very light weight otherwise your going to compensate with the larger muscle groups. Rotator cuffs are built for endurance not strength so high reps low weight, good luck :)

i usually do this using a cable column at the gym, should i be using a light weight for the 30 reps?
