I'm juice fasting right now (on my third day) and I'm going to go the full 10 days. Its friday tomorrow, and im calling for a hydrotherapy session for monday- my 6th day. Its the wierdest thing, I haven't pooped at all since the start of the fast (though I drank digestive tea) and I hope I do. I don't know if it effects the treatment. I'm nervous and excited. I heard you need to get more than one, and I kind of want to get three... can anyone help me out?

@WholeMindedWellness I only went 8 days... and I felt amazing. I stopped too suddenly, gained weight back. I did a hydrotherapy session on the 6th day and it was the best thing Id ever done in my life. Im using a breville, im not sure which model, and im going to do a full 20 day starting monday. my biggest question is how to stay away from food. i feel awful, heavy, and sick today. and terribly lethargic and fat.
I personally prefer to empty the contents of an enema bottle and use it to pump my colon with water.
Then I push the slosh out, then pump water into the colon again and once more excrete the slosh. I repeat this until "the slosh" is CRYSTAL CLEAR. In my personal opinion this is more comfortable than holding all those gallons of water at once!
I'm really skeptical of these procedures. Some of the things that this doctor was saying were not scientific. What could the benefit of this possibly be?

You really don't know as much as you think you do. How does getting your colon flushed help you ask? In many ways. First, on average most obese people have around 20 to 40 lbs of undigested waste hardened and attached to the walls of their colon. By removing that waste from the colon it enables one of your bodies most important organs to do its function much more efficiently. The vast majority of your nutrition is absorbed through your colon.

Everyone PAY ATTENTION: When people put the body in a cycle of exercise, or yoga, tai chi, qi gong, etc, the body gains energy. Some people who stick to it enough get to the point of not needing to eat or drink, believe it or not. I just have to say THANK YOU for posting this amazing video. I also go to Heidi regularly and she is BY FAR an amazing woman with a masters in nutrition. She made me feel so confortable while going through the process.
Did you ever do any subsequent sessions of colonics since this video was done? For a majority of people, it can take up to 15 visits to completely break down the old layers of fecal matter lining the colon.

I'm a nurse studying osteomolecular therapies, and I have advice for you. Colon cleansing is a scam. Go get a colonoscopy from a gastroenterologist and you will see that you DO NOT have pounds of waste "built up" in your colon. It's impossible due to the physiology of your bowel. I would like the credentials of the woman in the video. Eat a 70% raw fruit/vegetable/nut/legume/seaweed/fresh made juice diet with high water and Vitamin C intake. That's what you need to keep your whole body safe.

@ebhock101 if its a scam how do you explain people i know who have used it says they have glowing skin and acne clears and they feel healthier. My niece who's done it, has ance and scars and when she started her first cleansing, her skin looks healthier than before so she kept doing it, and her skin is amazing, and the years she tried all the medications for acne didn't work but with just a few cleansing her skin changes...and you're saying it's a scam?

Does this lady ever come close to handling your junk and is it a mess on the table afterwards? How many sessions did you go for and were you dehydrated at all and for how long if so ? Sorry for all the questions : ) but i thing this should be done im just afraid to try it , i salute you for your courage : ) I see my hole as a one way canal . @caboy69 Actually, I typically loosen my Spincter muscle so that any fecal matter that doesnt get caught up in the tube will actually spray out onto my bathroom wall and ceiling. It's a fun surprise for my wife when she gets home from work since it''s her job to clean the bathroom. I would help, however, but I usually am busy watching South Park and/or the entire Adult Swim program block. If you interrupt the flow of shows, the plots tend to get confusing, and my wife understands that.

Everyone PAY ATTENTION: When people put the body in a cycle of exercise, or yoga, tai chi, qi gong, etc, the body gains energy. Some people who stick to it enough get to the point of not needing to eat or drink, believe it or not. Did you ever do any subsequent sessions of colonics since this video was done? For a majority of people, it can take up to 15 visits to completely break down the old layers of fecal matter lining the colon.
