But, I do believe that any art form can be effective when used properly and combined with other styles. Anyway, your Pa-Kua can easily be integrated into grappling/wrestling. I do the bagua circling around my opponent in the ring and my coach says, "Stop that fancy shit!" Lol. Bagua is a principle not a solution to fighting. This might be to deep for some to comprehend.
