The cooler is a joke...being that his heart is a 'live organ' and most hospitals use coolers to transport live organs from place to place...
And the brunette is me :P...I'm supposed to be Elizabeth. Yes I know I'm the version of Elizabeth who's eaten a few burgers in her lifetime, but yeah. I don't claim to be a look-a-like in the slightest! I just love the costumes and do this for fun with my boyfriend, (the Will in this video...aka herz19).
