The voice isn't really my cup of tea, but the video does have a chilling quality about it that really stays with you afterwards. Firstly, I've always said that She Wants Revenge sounds like Joy Division and Depeche Mode mixed together, with Peter Murphy's vocals.

The way that I interpret the song is that it's a conversation between a pedophile and their victim. The unfortunate thing is that the girl has become so numb to the abuse because of its frequency that she doesn't care anymore and tells him to just get it over with ("quit the talking/you can hurt me/do whatever you like"). She's basically saying that he doesn't need to butter her up anymore, because she knows what's coming and would rather that it just be over.
