@Drewmartial Disney didn't create the scene. It is in the book, "A House At Pooh Corner" by A.A. Milne. Most of the Winnie-The-Pooh epidodes are based off of stories in his books. Tigger also finds out he doesn;t like haycorns (acorns) and thistles too. He ends up liking Roo's strengthening medicine. Its a great book.
