Lots of buttons on electricals that are made to a budget can get quite loose or wobbly, and generally this isnt a problem - i know from experience that when keys get wobbly they can still be really really difficult to pull off - so i wouldnt worry about it too much. if you are worried, just take it back to the shop you bought it from and ask them to take a look at it - looking costs nothing :].

i use to have the nokia 5310, so i had so much problems and i went to my cell phone´s company, and they change my cell phone, so now i have the nokia 6120, whit the symbian system, and is the best system that i have ever seen, so now if one person ask me about cell phones, i tell them no to buy the nokia 5310 either the 5610, because it have the same problem. Now i am the happiest person with my cell phone, i have the nokia 6131 too, but i think it is not really interesing.

5310 is full of software problems. I have the same mobile and I'm really disappointed. The bad thing is that the problems seem to be all around the spectrum of its functions and not only on some. Unfortunately Nokia hasn't made any update yet.

As for this problem, I think I lucky enough and I don't have it.

Btw, how is the quality of your video clips and photos? My video clips have pauses every few seconds and that sucks a lot.

I've send my 5310 to authorized service via my operator Vodafone (it has taken only 4 days) and now is everything solved. Also the problem with rebooting during listening mp3s is solved. My previous version of fw was 3.60, now is 3.63. The quality of sound is excellent, no doubts. The quality of videos - I don't exactly know. I've been watching some Simpsons and it was okay but it depends on type and format of conversion you used. I should try some videoclips.
