1) It was a black police officer trying to gain compliance of a suspect resisting arrest.
2) The suspect was refusing to be handcuffed. This is why tazers are so important. they get the job done quickly without the police having to beat on people who are high on drugs and not feeling pain.
3) When dealing with extremely stupid criminals things like brute force and pain are the only things that get through to their limited brainpower.
4) The criminal thug was asking for it.

Innocent men cooperate with police until they're cleared. He was obviously (in the beginning) resisting arrest and not cooperating. And for those of you who don't know, striking in the legs with a club is considered to be one of the kosher spots on the body to hit and individual to subdue them into cooperation. If the officer had beaten him in the head, neck, shoulder chest area or torso body mass, it would have been seen as malicious with intention to cause harm to vital organs. Limbs heal.

Funny....maybe they wouldn't have beaten him if he followed the law and wasn't resisting arrest. For all of you who have eyes, you see it's taking more than one officer to arrest him. If he's being arrested, that isn't considered "innocent" by most people. He obviously did something to be arrested. He's clearly kicking the officers and being difficult so they used force. I bet if they weren't black police officers you'd call it a hate crime as well...three words to live by, OBEY THE LAW
