  • If I were suspended from my job for a year without pay, I'd be on the streets.

  • If that were me, Id be in prison right now serving time for manslaughter. That is how the american justice system works. If you have money you can get away with it.

  • Vick gets 2 yrs for killing dogs,Plaxico gets 2 yrs for shooting HIMSELF but Stallworth gets 24 days for killing someone drunk driving...

    Now thats justice...

  • what's worse is Vick wasn't convicted of actually doing anything to the dogs, he was convicted of obstruction of just, i.e. lying to the police. they knew he didn't do anything per se, but that he knew about it and lied and said he didn't. and the guys that actually did the dog fighting? they got lesser sentences LOL NOW THAT'S THE AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM.

  • yo I'm bout to put yall on game why they not trippin on stallworth much its becuz he killed another minority they don't give a fuck about the minorities think about it yall

  • unfortunately, thats true

  • this pisses me off to no end. stallworth should go to a federal pound-you-in-the ass prision and pay the victims family 50% of his pay for the rest of his life.

  • Lame shit, he needs to be locked up

  • I like how the press leaves out that it was dark and the man ran out from between 2 cars, only inches away from Donte's Bentley. Even sober, I challenge anyone not to hit him.

  • leave vick alone and fuck with this dude.

  • Stallworth should be suspended for life from the NFL. He was already in the NFL substance abuse program. The reason he got off easy in the DUI Manslaughter is because the man he hit was outside of a cross walk. The victim was J-Walking which is also a crime. The lawyers understood that the marijuana and alcohol in Donte's system was not the reason for the accident. I don't want to see felons in any professional sports league. Professionals should be held to high standards. Write Goodell.

  • you kill dog, you go to jail, you kill a person.. suspension and may be a fine.. justice isn't blind, its retarded.

  • for real whats the world coming to?

  • @HansCent "you kill dog, you go to jail, you kill a person.. suspension and may be a fine"

and if you sexually assualt TWO females (Ben Roethlisberger), you get a 4 game suspension, with no jail time..

  • Suspended w/o pay? He's lucky he isn't doin' time in prison. On some real shit, there's no excuse in the world for drivin' drunk. It can't be justified. Smarten up.

  • Need some MMA news

  • bastard should be rotting in prison. its obvious he payed off the family.

  • There is always a double standard in the judicial system. This MF should at least be serving a minimum of 10 years behind prison. If someone else without money would of done this he woudl be serving a lenghty sentence. If his not going to serve prison time they should at least ban him from ever playing the sport againg.

  • Had this been an accident, I would have said the civil suit was fair enough. However, this is a case of blatant disregard for those in the community of which he was a guests to, and being held at a higher standard then those around him, he should deservadly fall harder.

Lawfully, this man should be imprisoned for several years, not so much to punish him for his behavior as to set a precedent that no one person can be held in higher regard than the law

  • thats all? bullshit

  • they let these fucking athletes of too easy

  • Hey at least the pedestrian he hit and killed went out in style on that Bentley's bumper!

  • That bastard should still be in jail. Damn corrupted system.

  • I agree

  • When you make millions and millions of dollars a year, anything is possible.

  • @BumbleBeeTuba... bro did you not hear that he reached an agreement with the victim family, he gave an undisclosed financial settlement... so be upset at the backstabbing money hungry family for him not being in jail. literally they put a price tag on their a family member! money can buy anything!
