  • awesome video. curious on the depth?

  • Great video but the boat was the best part. That was a piece of art underwater.

  • that is some crazy shit man

  • Wow! If I saw one of those while I was snorkeling I'd shit in my swimsuit.

  • 3:19 OMG!!!!

  • i'd wanna fish there

  • 1:05 is definitely a walleye. A pretty nice one at that.

  • Saugers do not have white tips on their tails like the one at 1:05. This one does. It's a walleye.

  • 1:05 Has to be a Sauger

  • 1:05 is a sauger for sure.

  • 1:05 walleye?

  • it is a sauger

  • saugers dont have the white tip on the bottom of their tail.... its a walleye, sorry bud lol

  • Hey BuzzBait007, didn't feel an overwhelming need. It was just a whim. But, if it hit a nerve for you, great.

    Mozart wouldn't have fit.

  • Nice comeback I love it

  • Why does every amateur video producer feel an overwhelming need to add CRAP music? Sorry, but that just ruins the whole thing.

  • Awesome video, was that a sunken boat at 4:00?

  • this wouldn't happen to be grindstone or lac courte oreilles would it? because i know that they are well known for muskies

  • the guns n' roses is cool too.

  • Lake St. Germain, Wisconsin? My friend Sega saw one eye to eye over the weekend, and he said it "smiled at him with a toothy grin!" He was determined to catch him and didn't, and he'll forever be tormented. Nice shots!

  • There were sauger and walleye. I saw both anyway.

  • not sauger

  • there was a muskie off to the right between 2:35 and 2:50 that was freaking HUGE!!! and if those were sauger they were state records. 'sides walleye have white tips and they had em. mabe saugeye? nice video. im setting my boat up with two 'riggers this year and one is gonna be the walker with the camera for sure now. can really get alot of info to view later after fishing to. like structure and that. nice job.

  • kool

  • no doubt baby.. WI is the best... nice song

  • Wisconsin is the best for fishing in the midwest i think.

  • deeeeeeeeece!

  • Oh wait..... I think I saw Jimmy Hoffa!!

  • lmao

  • some white crappie to i think?

  • wiscomsin rocks!!!

  • those were sauger not walleye. ive fished on that lake and thats all you catch is sauger. very very few walleye

  • what lake is this taken from

  • those are walleye no question... look at the big white spot on the tail, just because they have sploches on them doesnt make them saugers. very cool though... supprised the camera didn't get struck at i've seen that before while ice fishing

  • FWIW - it was sauger - which looks nearly identicle to walleye, just different markings. THe markings are a dead giveaway.

  • That is the coolest freaking video!!!!

  • this is kind of cool.

  • the one fish someone mentioned at about 1:05 is a Sawger. Forgot how murky St Germain is. Wonder which St. Germain lake it is, big or little. Those are some prime musky waters, big eyes also as seen by the video.

  • Those are walleye, not sauger I think. Impossible to tell how big those muskies are, but they look pretty big to me! I'm guessing that is Big St., and since 70% is sandy bottom and this footage is rocky, I'll bet this was filmed on the north side of the big island... Those muskies don't react to a camera probably because they see about 50 million lures a season, many bigger than a camera. This makes me wonder if I have ever bumped a lure off of a musky...

  • dont care what anyone says, this video is awesome. and it is a jungle down there...there are tigers lurking in the murky green.

  • awesome!!

  • Great Video! Man I used to love fishing for big Muskies and Northerns when I lived in Wisconsin. You can't really tell size from the video, but at least two of those fish (one at about 1:05 and again about 3:07) looked like big Walleye. Man, I'd love to know what part of the St. Germain that was filmed on!

  • I'm surprised that those muskies let the camera hit them.

  • omg lol this is so cheesy

  • WILD!! look like the river by me..with that wood and the number of muskie.. Otonabee river. in Peterborough Ontario.

  • where is that whats the name of the lake or river?

  • I grew up in St. Germain Wi. I remember muskies and northern pikes one wouldn't want to get into the water with! Wish we'd had the technology back then of today.

  • nice vid

  • With the song "welcome to the jungle" playing I was waiting and waiting for a musky to come up and chew on the camera like a shark.... I'd suggest chaning the song behind that vid to something like... uh simon and garfunkle

  • those r small muskie's

  • How small are they? - I'm curious. I was there doing the recording and although 1 was obviously about 30 inches or so, I really can't tell. What's your best guess?

  • biggest is maybe 35inches..32-36

  • uh huh...

  • Hard to say though, as there's no scale.

  • open-water or ice fishing?

  • why don't they bite on our lines??!!

  • Wow if only we had muskie in San Diego. Bass get boring.

  • Fascinating
