Consider a slightly modified system of our current one where instead of authoritarian corporations with strictly defined hierarchies, the workers have a say in the direction their company moves - democracy in your workplace. I think that's a not particularly revolutionary system that combines libertarian and socialist ideals almost seamlessly.
