I liked the concept, Kihon looks good. Love the babes too. Let's see some vids where the girls actually effectively use the techniques, that would be good to see. Too often, women give up training in this art, but in other arts they stick to it. We need to get them in the dojo & retain them too. Good work. Ninja Fitness may just catch on along side Pilates, and Yoga.
