You can't really blame the FDA in this one. It is so freaking terrible anyway. FDA has a lot of loopholes and there have many medications and drugs that the FDA had to recall because they failed to thoroughly investigate on them before allowing them to be sold. FDA is pathetic.

i'm pretty certain your local mcdonalds will have the same sign. it's in the lobby, near where you order. it has the calorie information for each meal on it. at the bottom of this sign is where it says the warning, that fries are known carcinogen.
