The SliceSy is the fastest, easiest food processor I've had, and I've had a bunch over the last 30 years. I have a DLC-X Cuisinart with a gallon work bowl, but what for cooking for one? This is the absolutely perfect amount, and is faster and easier to clean than any I've seen. And, of course, Swiss made rather than Red Chinese!
