We first saw this sung at Chippenham Folk Festival and thought it would be ideal to perform at our "Morris for Fitness and Fun" class. We have seen Les Barker several times since and he laughed when we told him we had put it on Youtube!!
I ADORE this song - first heard it about seven years ago and lines from it have been popping intermittently into my head ever seen... "weight in stones, nearly seventeen...." <3
