I got my car repoed 3 mo. ago and the guy just drove up the driveway and was sitting thier checking the plates and i walked out and gave him the keys and said here you go. He told me that sence i didnt make him repo it it wont look as bad on my credit. A forfit not a repo.

I went 5 years without making a payment then traded in the car. They were looking for me everywhere. Just switch cars with a friend not a relative of a reference you used on the loan application

Ah... when I first began repossessing I used a Silverado 2500 with a hidden wheel lift... helper springs and air bags and still managed to bend the frame. Luckily I don't need that anymore! Gone into bigger and badder things!

I *believe* so. Once he's in the car its his property according to most state's repo laws. And when she tries to get into HIS car, he's protecting it with force because stealing a car is a felony.

You got that wrong, the repossession was not reported to the police, it was not a successful repo. No you may not use force or cause the debtor to use force or either breach the peace, in ANY state that allows self help repossession. This guy should be jailed, loose all of his contracts and just be known as a moron that taped himself breaking numerous laws.
