My boyfriend posted this on facebook after he told me that, when he moved and went off to college, we couldn't survive a long distance relationship, and if we were really meant to be, like it felt, we would end up together again.

The greatest songs inspire a movie inside my head- they make me feel and see what it is that the artist wanted us to see. It has that classic "Black & White" feel, the one that causes severe cases of nostalgia and makes you wish you were in a silent movie. When I hear this song I imagine a small apartment in NYC and a young girl and boy just out of Highschool making it on their own for the first time. Their "Friends" are just people they used to know and they can't change without starting new.

It's a lovely song that evokes strong emotions. I think anyone can relate to this song because everyone has had that "I'm just one rat in the great race" feeling.
