Also type in on a web browser, or even youtube, Arm broken during armwrestling....it happens when you bend your arm a certain way in attempt to keep your arm from being pushed down by your opponent, it happens here and there, not very often. I hope this answers your questions. :)

Exciting overall! I have done the same thing many times. Sometimes I'd armwrestle 20 guys in a row and win. But if you do have another competition, PLEASE do it safely, several times some of the boys could have had their arm broken!!! As to rules....I think y'all broke every one in the book....but who cares!!! At least y'all had fun! Checkout my vids a Gogdee. I love to armwrestle!

Uhhh.......do you armwrestle? And there are a few rules like....If you are armwrestling sitting down then you must keep one cheek in the chair, if standing up you must keep both feet on the ground. Also you must keep your shoulders straight and your arms relaxed before they start the fight. And you can't pick up your elbow during a match or even move it more than about a inch. I could go on.

Because of your post, I have come to a very educated conclusion that you are an inexperienced scrub, who doesn't know how to arm wrestle. Any thing you further say with automatically be void, and further ignored.

Wrist turning, leaning, and other arm on the table are all allowed, as they deter an injuries do to the shoulder, arm, wrist movement being one, and they are part of professional arm wrestling.
