You'll probably improve a lot if you work on your economy of motion. Check out Tiago Della Vega - whilst you could highlight any aspect of his technique and emulate it to gain perfect technique, his economy of motion in particular is pretty much unparalleled by anyone I've ever seen. It'll help you play faster and with less slop (I'm not saying that's a problem for you, exactly, but you would definitely be better off if you tighten it all up a notch - particularly the string skipping arpeggios!)

Also, one of the great things about working on economy of motion when you're already as good as you clearly are is that improvements happen very quickly. I reckon if you focused on it for a month you'd notice a lot of improvements.

@crisDAwog He only does that at world record speeds. Watch him play at normal - sane - speeds. When you get to ridiculous speeds then yeah, people use weird twitch reflexes with their forearm. At slower speeds he picks textbook.

Anyway, the main thing I was highlighting was his economy of motion with the left hand. I challenge you to find any player who has better economy of motion.

Try doing chromatic exercises. I think your fingers have been accustomed to that shape, just not the other.

To fix that just go chromatically from frets 1 2 3 4 for each string ascending, then descending 4 3 2 1.

I'm sure there are better ones, but i've been using that since like week one of my guitar playing.

run through scales using the 1 34 method ... also try and keep your fingers one to a fret... i learned to use all my fingers by going over the major scales but using different fragments on different octaves... search finding major scale fragments, its a good exercise for your fingers

your left hand needs to gain control of its fingers before you go any further, your middle and ring finger are really elevated, if you dont fix it you wont be able to play very fast and your picking hand and fretting hand will never synchronize correctly. other than that, good job!
