this is great...so wonderful to hear how an artist, a band matures...you've got to hear/see the early stuff to appreciate the developing artistry. Artists don't go from nowhere to brilliance...it takes time and practice and time...true for all of us too in whatever we do. The girl in the Duo has not changed her sloppy playing one bit, Jack must have really Loved her because if the point was to make music... massive FAIL. I don't relate to a group with a loud Electric Guitar and Drums at all, without a Bottom there's a HOLE that cannot be filled by Jacks looks or his karisma or anything but a BASS. It's like a Drunken Snake Charmer blowing a Loud Ass Tuba in a Hollow 10 Story Concrete Train Station at Rush Hour, it's just annoying nerve racking noise...

If Jack's voice was a better - is he trying to annoy? This is a decent enough cover of a band going from infancy back to the fetus. Not sure if Jack is nervous or just didn't find his proper pitch at that point. Guitar shows the promise of what was to come.

This song was written by Burt Bacarach and Hal David and it was originally by Manfred Mann but it was made a hit by Arthur Lee & Love and Love's version inspired Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd to come up with the guitar chords in Interstellar Overdrive which is cool. But this song has also been covered by another one of my favorite 60's groups "The Seeds" who are famous for Pushin' Too Hard.
