sorry, im a noob, i just started black and white 2 a few days ago, how do you rotate buildings?

Whichever button you use to place the building (I switched the controls to match the original BnW controls), instead of letting go immediately, just keep the mouse clicked. Then, move the mouse left and right and it will rotate. Then, when you let go, it will move with your hand in the direction you left it. However, if you move it close to a road, the front entrance is like a magnet and will auto-rotate to the road, so you'd have to re-rotate again.

how did you fill your store house completely full at 2:40? O.O also whats your trick to building completely straight roads?

The answer to your first question is the Life miracle. Drop it on a store that has at least 1 unit of food or ore and it will fill your store to max (20,000). As for the second part, check out the first video of my original Black and White 2 Runthroughs! (Black and White 2 Land 1-4) It explains it well.

do you cheat? you got lots of tribute and many kinds of bouildings that costs alot of tribute! or do you have a effective way to get tribute? if so please tell.

No, I do not cheat. I'm just good at getting all or most of the challenges that give tribute, and I only purchase the most beneficial buildings and miracles.

Also, with recording - I use fraps. The free version records 30 seconds at a time and has "fraps.com" on every clip, but the paid version records indefinitely and removes the advert. I, of course, use the paid version. It's not expensive.

what does worshipping a temple do?

It increases the productivity of the worshippers at the altar. I'm making up numbers here, but lets say 1 worshipper at an altar gives 10 mana per second. Well, a worshipper at the Temple makes the worshipper at the Altar increase his mana per second to 15. Again, this was just fabricated numbers, because I don't know the exact numbers, but hopefully you get the idea.

When you have a building blueprint in your hand, just click and hold the right mouse button and move your mouse left or right to rotate it. Letting go of the mouse button will not place the building, but it will keep the building in the direction you rotated it (unless you run it by a road which is like a magnet to the front entrance of a building).

jayxe the way you do it is still plain down amazing theres a opposite way to beat it but i dont really make youtubve vids theres the bad way do what you did with that square area with nurserys then get up to 200 population with breeders and make about the number of platoons they got of towns then open your gates send out your creature to deal with theres and send out the last platoon to take over the final town and destroy the creature pen

Some "fixed" no-cd .exe files does suffer from similiar bugs, dunno if thats your problem though.

@CloudHeadx3 you have to make sure you have more houses. lots of empty houses with 3 male breeders will grow your population very quickly. i normally make 5-10 male breeders, and only male because they will breed with any woman they pass by (talk about man whores!).

@mrjerrick I don't God-Build at all (unless I have plenty resources at the end of the level). I use my creature to build things, because the resource isn't wasted when he builds them.

Every creature fights tremendously well. I chose the wolf for these reasons:

A) He's the cutest when he's small

B) He's the coolest when he's big

C) He's the best looking when he's good

D) He's the fastest runner

E) He's the underdog to the SO typical Lion.

I like my Wolf to get to where I want him to be as quick as possible. No waiting around for a cow/monkey to waddle to an enemy catapult right outside your influence laying waste to your tribe!

Speaking of creatures, I have a question about them, mainly because the in-game explanations are just not helpful enough.

Is it just me or is the lion/tiger broken? What I mean is, it seems like no matter what I do the enemy creature always wins a fight with the slap of death where the lion/tiger pounces and relentlessly attacks.

Speaking of which, are all creatures technically the same once maxed out or are there actually big differences?

The lion and tiger are not broken. They do have that pounce, but every creature -should- have something like that. The monkey jumps on the creature and slaps them silly till they are dead, the wolf jumps on them and rips their chest in half (a 1-shot win, but it's rare) etc.

All creatures are not the same when maxed out. Now, I'm going off of BnW 1's stats, but I believe the monkey grows the quickest, is the smartest, and generally is all around average on movement and fighting.

The cow is perfect for entertaining your villagers and helping out the village. Lower combat abilities, slow move speed, and not as smart as the ape.

The wolf is the fastest runner. He's very combat oriented, and is decent in the intelligence field. He's my favorites.

The Lion is the 2nd fastest, 2nd smartest, and best in combat.

The turtle is very slow, mediocre smarts, and very protective in combat. He's difficult to beat because he's more defensive.

Your videos are pretty awesome, if I had a way to record effectively, I would totally post a response or two, though I wont lie, I did change some of my building patterns with houses/preschools based on your strategy, mainly because it yields the best amount of space and influence progression. More than the pie-strategy or "waffle"(square)-strategy

Your strategy is real nice because not only does the layout look impressive, although the houses are packed together, you save space while maximizing the space you are given.

The other strategies I described which various guides "suggest" are to place an impressive building like a tavern, bathhouse, etc. in the center, while placing houses with roads separating each and every house.

You can do it in a circle like a pie or a square like a waffle.

It's a good beginner strategy, but lacks.
