Apart from that very low G at the end, it appears to end on D, but I would think it sounds like you're playing in the key of G major. In that sense, it seems that the song ends on the dominant??? (The old English folk song, "Willow Waly" also ends on the dominant, but very few songs do that.)

don't understand your question. Faster? You can practice until you get to whatever speed you want. This is a tutorial and meant to be slow.
