It's just veneer. We peel off the original black paint and dyed it red.

God damn that is some amazing work. You've faithfully kept the engineering of NS1000 but given the most amazing finish ever. Personaly i much prefer Yamaha because the way they deal with highs. They are very silky, even controlled and no flat pieces of frequency.
