I remember seeing Chemistry Set in 87 or 88 at Bumbershoot - one of the few places an underage kid could see decent bands back then.
The station manager at KCMU sold off a lot of the station's collection at one point a few years later before the station reorganized as KEXP - I have to wonder how many amazing local EPs and singles were jettisoned. Sad.
If anyoen that worked there was smart, they would have salvaged a few crates of history. I know I would have. Those EPs would be worth some major scratch now I'm sure.
i would say i like subpop 100 better, but all the song got really dumb towords the end

This is such an underrated song. What ever happened to this band? They never made an album. I heard Poneman didn't like 'em. What a loser.
