It also does this randomly during gameplay, often in crucial spots. That was not a crash test. For example running 45 different applications and 3 games all together is a crash test. (I've done this on my iMac and never crashed)

yep and ull see what thay mean when gta 4 said future proof, its amazingly better, i can run it in 1920 by 1080 with a 9600gt with no noticable lags and the textures look smooth as hell. a little tip make sure you have it set on 29 hz, well it made mine like a million times better

mmm....I didn't said run with parallels, all of the os can do an emulation of a programm, I said native run.
The following is how i do testo to a pc/os:
Watch 3 1080p videos at same time
Riping a DVD
listen music (with elisa media center, moovida or xbmc)
getting the 121 in the fibonacci series
and when i see a stable system i watch another video @ 1080p

My Mac is not a beast: new Macs are even better! But I've never seen an application that runs slowly, even when I take videos of my screen!
When I restart my Mac, only the OS uses about 128MB of RAM, while Windows 7... well: you know exactly how much RAM your system uses!

i compare macs to rappers using auto tune...now that pop artist are doing everyone belives they can be one too if they just buy a mac. im using one right now simultaneously with my vista comp(which has never givin me a single issue)i dont gain anything from using one or the other man i was i suckered into paying for this imac..

i agree that guy is a tool lol.
its like when avg wasnt amazingly well known quite a while ago. i thought id give it ago because norton was annoying me and it was a million times better. Yes obviously some things with a bigger brand name are abvously better but you shouldnt judje a book by its cover and that guy is to much of a nipple to relise that. People doesn't matter if the os (technical) is good...Windows it has more vulnerabities than any other os, but windows has the 90% of the market because of the marketing and for common user is good, but for professionals not (design, engineering, graphic arts, cad tools) ...Simple, in hollywood noone productor uses windows for their pictures.
