my favourite song by blind guardian, so epic and combined with one of my favourite films of all time had me truelly mezmerised the whole 14 minutes. thanks for creating this.
You did a REALLY good job stuffing the three movies into 14 minutes, and with synching the music with the video! The way you did the flashbacks is great, too. 4:00 in this half is really cool with Sauron looking at the ring, and I love all the Nazgul...i sat staring at my computer screen the whole time just smiling..very, very nice!!!
This really is amazing. You're incredibly talented and I love a bunch of your videos. Seeing so many of the best moments in Lord of the Rings synced perfectly with Blind Guardian is just awesome, so thank you for this. I know it must have taken a lot of work.
that was probably one of the best vids i've ever seen 5 stars ( on both of them =)) speiccally luv the part at oppraximently 1:41-2:05 in part two and everything else......AWESOME TOO ya you!!!
I have never left a comment before on youtube, and I guess that is because I have never seen a video that had inspired me to do so. That is until now. Hats off to you. This is by far the best thing I have seen on Youtube. The perfect video paired with the perfect song. I have been waiting for someone to make something like this. Thank you.
You just got yourself another subscriber. Perfect doesn't exist, but this video ain't too far from it. i can only dream to make my videos as good as yours. I can't imagine how much time it took you to do it. What video editor did you use?
I wasn't really timing myself, it started August 23rd and ended September 23rd, with lots of breaks inbetween.
I use Adobe Premiere 6.0 to make my videos, although I've been thinking of trying something else recently.
I liked your videos, it's nice to see change from the usual with war themes and well picked music. The Aces High video was my favourite :) but Zombie was also very good. You should definately keep making them.
Wow, I was wondering why you wernt doing video anymore, but now I see why. Must take forever to do this kind of video. It was really great, you're f*cking impressive, as usual :)
Continue, I love your videos, especially the ones of Zelda hehe!
I must admit it's really funny listening to a song about The Trojan War and being defeated while watching a video of the good guys kicking ass. =P Still it's a very well made video.
anyways crank up your volume whatching this it amplifies the epicness..i kinda found the music dull till I moved it up a couple of notches..
my only dissapointements are that: you hardly showed Gimly and Legolas, u skipped the marriage at the end, and as "yorslaf" said: you made the music fade at the end..
it's a nice summary. The 4:00 area of part two actually gave me goosebumps, but I thought the ending was kinda weak, mostly because the music faded (though that's the song, I personally would've found it more fitting if it worked up to a bombastic level, and ten suddenly stopped). The choice of music is a bit weird, but it still fits in.
And the timing between music and footage was awesome as always, but by now that should go without saying.
Music and video match in a perfect way!

Suggestion: a guy as talented as you should be a f***in' videoclip director, paid by a band to do this kind of stuff.
P.S. I'll be honoured if you'd drop by and let me know your opinion on my few videos.
