As you stated, it's the English version of "Tio Mil Kvar Till Korpilombolo" and it was co-written by Aggy and Bosse Carlgren. It was originally released as a single in 1974 as the b-side to here song "Golliwog" It is available on 2 albums "The Agnetha Collection"

and "Sjung Denna Sang". A third would be "De Forsta Aren" her amazing box set, which is getting harder to find every day! I hope this helps.
