Dentists are always so spacey (lol I'm so glad ill fit in at dental school) I like that in this video he uses a model. I hate the colgate one where you watch some girl do it and you can't really see. I have great gums/teeth but just needed a refresher cuz my dentist asked if I was sure I knew what I was doing (I do!)

My dentist told me that Glide floss, the teflon stuff, is not good. It's too slippery. You need the more abrasive, old fashioned stuff like waxed Reach.

Is it normal that teeth feel kinda weird after flossing? i mean doctos sayd that as long as they are light pink it means they are healthy and their no problem. But it's normal the teeth feels weird like a bit disturbed after flossing right?

Also, I'm sure it's okay not to get a regular dentist appointement every 6 month if u have taken good care of your teeth and already do what your dentist tells you to do brush and floss properly.

@joker666dead just every 6 months make an appointment with a normal dentist and see whats going on with your teeth. if anything is wrong they will tell you and refer you to the proper doctors/oral hygienist and get it taken care of.

@joker666dead well i just flossed and my teeth kinda feel cleaner and it feels like there is nothing in between them, if they are disturbed or hurting after flossing i dont think thats a good sign.
