Here's my situation. I only smoke about twice a week. The last time I smoked was about 10 days ago. I am 6'0" and weigh about 185. I work out like crazy and am fairly muscular with a relatively low body fat%. (I hear that helps but I'm not sure it's true.) I probably have to take a piss test this week for a new job. Niacin only makes ppl think that toxins are being flushed out because if your body gets more water-soluble vitamins than it needs (like B vitamins), it will get rid of the excess in your urine, making it bright yellow and probably smelling strong. It's not the toxins flushing out. I took niacin one time and almost had a panic attack...i felt like I had a fever, itching like crazy, felt like I was on crack or something (don't kno what that actually feels like, but I definitely felt scared)

@42tidalwave Don't use the bleach...bad idea, esp refrigerated. Labs will test the temperature of your urine and also the Ph, which the bleach will significantly raise. Also, many labs even test specifically for bleach nowadays. And if you drink bleach, you are trying to kill yourself. If people did that and didn't die, they are just super lucky, but I wouldn't test that luck. Your body can compensate for different acid and base levels by using your respiratory system and kidnies...bad news
@sikmz I've heard bleach will work, but you need to add non-fragranced bleach to your urine sample that you can take with you in some sort of little squirt bottle, syringe, etc. The only problem is if the particular lab the company uses tests specifically for bleach as an additive because many of them do.
@42tidalwave one more thing, I've heard that to pass you have to use unscented bleach, not diluted, but take a small dropper and add a few drops to ur urine....however, like i said before, many labs specifically test for bleach now, so it's risky

You could actually call or have a friend come in posing as a research student doing a term paper on the dangers of drugs, blah, blah, blah, and they may tell you what they check for. Remember both breaking down fat and washing it out is what you want to do. But you want to stop breaking down more fat in the last 3 days.

@chaosmateria Drinking water is great, idk much bout the oj, probably great idea...but the getting drunk off ur ass, even though it makes you pee a lot at the time, just makes ur urine more concentrated. The problem is that THC is stored in fat, so drinking a couple days before, no matter how much you pee won't help because you r fat cells will still be releasing more metabolite after that.

@goin4ad8go Just don't smoke anymore until after the test, 2 weeks of not smoking and drinking plenty of fluids and excersising should clean you out, I beat a last minute drug test in less then 12 hours by drinking a gallon of water and a eating about a half of a small watermelon all in about 4 hours, also I was working out pumping weights and doing push ups through out the whole experience...keep in mind though it was an onsite drug test(not as sophisticated) and I'm about 140 lbs.

@epiphoneles111 yeah, you shouldn't have too much trouble passing the drug test as long as you stay clean the entire time in between the last time you smoked and the date of the drug test. Drink plenty of fluids and don't smoke and I can almost guarantee you will pass a eurine screen. You have plenty of time to get the THC out of your system.

if you've been smoking "too much" then there is a chance that these methods might fail.....
but these methods dilute it in your body and make it more difficult to detect...

So you need to drink fluid and lose it in your urine so that the sample of blood they take does not contain marijuana.
Stop exercising 3 days before the test but do not stop the water till you walk out of the test room.

the best way to pass a piss test is to take a stimulant and get ur ass out of bed and do an hr of cardio on an empty stomach. Not only will you detox but you are burning your fat cells at a much higher rate on an empty stomach.

Cranberry doesn't get rid of it. It masks it. I smoked a little two days ago and took a test today, drank about 16 oz of pure cranberry juice, took some niacin and a multivitamin also about 80 min before being tested. @42tidalwave Don't use the bleach...bad idea, esp refrigerated. Labs will test the temperature of your urine and also the Ph, which the bleach will significantly raise. Also, many labs even test specifically for bleach nowadays. And if you drink bleach, you are trying to kill yourself. If people did that and didn't die, they are just super lucky, but I wouldn't test that luck. Your body can compensate for different acid and base levels by using your respiratory system and kidnies...bad news

@sikmz I've heard bleach will work, but you need to add non-fragranced bleach to your urine sample that you can take with you in some sort of little squirt bottle, syringe, etc. The only problem is if the particular lab the company uses tests specifically for bleach as an additive because many of them do.

You could actually call or have a friend come in posing as a research student doing a term paper on the dangers of drugs, blah, blah, blah, and they may tell you what they check for. I've just always drank TONS of water before the test, and beg to do the urine test first because I "really have to go"...lol

Ok I'm a 5'3 115lbs male who smokes everyday three four five times a day for going on maybe eight years now. I have taken many drug test and have tried many different methods. I find just quitting and doing everyone of these methods helps. Even if being alot of work it all depends on how bad you want or need to pass. I have a test coming up that gave me one month to take it. So far I've drank plenty of water and a seven day body cleans kit. Niacin is good just dont take too many cause it makes

The problem is that THC is stored in fat, so drinking a couple days before, no matter how much you pee won't help because you r fat cells will still be releasing more metabolite after that.

@goin4ad8go Just don't smoke anymore until after the test, 2 weeks of not smoking and drinking plenty of fluids and excersising should clean you out, I beat a last minute drug test in less then 12 hours by drinking a gallon of water and a eating about a half of a small watermelon all in about 4 hours, also I was working out pumping weights and doing push ups through out the whole experience...keep in mind though it was an onsite drug test(not as sophisticated) and I'm about 140 lbs.

the key is vitamin C which is asorbic acid, it burns the THC which is on a lining of fat cells in your bladder so you pee it out a bit everyday, lots of that is key. piss mid-stream as the video says, and never give them your first pee of the day as it is the most toxic. i also hear a prison trick is to have javex under your nails obviously dried and dip your finger in your pee. it needs to be between 90 and 100f if you are going to use someone elses, armpit is a good spot to hide it

Drink plenty of fluids and don't smoke and I can almost guarantee you will pass a eurine screen. You have plenty of time to get the THC out of your system.

but these methods dilute it in your body and make it more difficult to detect...

Anything whether medicines or home based remedies that increase urination are essential along with a lot of water to replace what you lose in terms of fluid.because if you break down fat cells (with exercise and cranberry juice) - the marijuana comes in your blood stream. So you need to drink fluid and lose it in your urine so that the sample of blood they take does not contain marijuana.
Stop exercising 3 days before the test but do not stop the water till you walk out of the test room.

@sc3n3cor3 Um three gallons in three or more days is NOT a lot of water. The human body is meant to have 1 gallon of water a day (That include other liquids such as pop since the main ingredient is water). So drinking a lot of water would mean 14 gallons a week.

Marijuana gets stored in Body Fat so exercise a lot as if you want to sweat and lose your weight.
A lot of Water to increase urination and sweating. Cranberry Juice increases breakdown of stored material in the body including fat, so that will help if you drink a big glass twice a day

Cranberry doesn't get rid of it. It masks it. I smoked a little two days ago and took a test today, drank about 16 oz of pure cranberry juice, took some niacin and a multivitamin also about 80 min before being tested. We'll see if I passed or not. Oh, btw, I don't have much body fat. I weigh about 99 lbs.

its basicly a cranberry pill and the active ingriedient in cranberry juice/fruit, makes you piss your eyes out. youl pee like 4-5 times a day. it helps the other stuff do its job
