@ScottJackson117 another christian metal band is another black day. i'm not big on metal but i do know a good amount of metal. used to be a metal head back in middle school. back in the day before i knew who i was. i was so weird back then. lol. but yeah if you ever wanna know some metal bands let me know. idk alot of christian metal though.

I believe that these guys have their own personal relationship with God and it's not up to us to judge them....I am a Christian and I listen to their music.  I think that God is using their music to reach the generation of today...if you listen to the message in their songs then you have to know for yourself that they are at least "men of faith".

@thorthtube i agree that concerts can be alot more supportive, as for the store thing even just buying the album helps out the band, i remember Paul saying "People think just cuz we tour alot that we constantly get money, thats not the case at all, we're not at the level yet like the big time bands like Metallica where we get paid for every show, goin to stores and buying our cds actually helps us out alot so we really appreciate when people do that rather than downloading the entire album"

If you look at their earlier works, it's pretty obvious that they at least started off as a Christian band with some pretty obvious references to God (ex. "The Way I Feel" from their debut album. "Lately I've been wandering off the narrow path..." "I feel like the odd man out as I begin to pray..." "In the midst of the darkness Lord my spirit calls for you"). However, their most recent CD is kinda' ify if you as me.

@SkilletFanGirl08 like alot of big christian bands now (like Skillet, or As I Lay Dying) alot of their lyrics tend to be just about lifes experiences as a christian. It is a shame that so many bands lose their guts to just shout out straight christian lyrics, but "christian influenced" is plenty good enough for me :)
