My first guess would be to say some type of technology like HARRP, but there are countless other things it could be. HARRP is simply the most well known of them. If you seen chem trails where you live, grab a video camera and start recording it then go back and watch it, about 50% of the time you'll catch orbs. I see these orbs constantly down here in Texas when these planes are doing this. Try it next time any of you see it. Guaranteed to catch some orbs.

moving clouds are result of air current. clouds are not static things. it's formed by atmospheric conditions which include turbulent air flows due to temperature differences. if such turbulence is localized, you would see the kinds of movement that's been captured.

I remember in the early 90's, Area51 spotters were talking about a strange delta winged aircraft that they thought was the next incarnate of the SR-71 but much larger like an XB-70. They referred to it as Aurora. Testor's even made a model kit based on their descriptions (Testor's also made the F-19 stealth and a Stealth bomber flying wing before the real ones were revealed.) I built the kit and didnt think much of it until I saw this video. Perhaps that aircraft is Aurora.

I've seen the first vid with the chemtrails from the UK and the last two vids with the energy/light activity in the clouds. Our gov't has a triangular aircraft which bottom mimics the clouds above thereby looking 'cloaked.' the last video you can see the reflection of the camera shooting it it looks like moisture is on the lens or possible in the camera itself- thats the wobble effect- the moon melting one looks like someone has poor light filtering or focusing- ive gotten the same effect trying to film at night street lamps seem to melt or look like a teardrop- the cloud one looks like sunlight reflecting off of swirling clouds which would explain the wind in the video- appears to be upper level spin
