  • Holy hell this looks horrible! TO THE VIDEO STORE!!!!!!

  • Witch's Brew is another to add to this must see list....Baltimore horrormeisters Chris LaMartina and Jimmy George brew up a wicked batch of gore and giggles in their latest horror comedy. The film follows two microbrewers who screw over the town witch, who curses their alcohol. Anyone who drinks the hexed brew suffers a gruesome, ironic demise.

  • Like if you were 11 years old and saw this in the video store on VHS in the "Over 18 Only" section and you persuaded your friend's older brother to rent it for you. But you could only watch it at your friend's house because your mom was home and when you got there, your friend's uncle Jack that was temporarily staying with them said, "Your mom would be very upset if I let you watch this movie but, I will if you boys go on a picnic with me and we can take our pants off."

  • Low-budget horror films in the 80s were awesome. No, they look like they were made with a camera phone in someone's backyard.

  • @donniedarkodevotte Uh, maybe they do if you're watching a 5th generation copy that's been digitally compressed and then streamed on Youtube. Nice thing about 80's movies is that they were shot on film, which even on it's worst day looks a dozen times better than anything shot digitally.

  • LOL

  • This moviefilm is a masterpiece and I recommend it to everyone in the universe!

  • Ewwwwwww.......

Creative AND messy at the same time!

  • best scene is where they play keep away w/ the cut off dick. and the part where the cop beats the guy up in the bathroom and sticks his finger down his own throat and pukes on the guy. the acting is so crude and hilarious, and so are the gore effects. i know this is supposed to be horror, but jesus i haven't laughed this hard in a long time. even the trailer cracks me up. so campy and fun.

  • Too bad this drink doesnt really exist.. I can give to the REAL street trash in my neighborhood!. ha Yes..i am bad !

  • these looks like a Troma one but it isn´t, the resemblences are many: the sets, gruesome funny scenes ,and that fat buddy who plays the part of the president of tromaville in the 1st toxic avenger. Still i found this movie better than any one of the troma company(maybe except Tromeo and Juliet).

  • My favorite movie ever!

  • I guess it would be horror I mean cheese horror or sleaze gore b movie goodness ha!!

  • If you like this check out these other movies frankenhooker, basket case, brain damage, slime city, dead alive, slugs, hard rock zombies, chopping mall, bad taste, black roses, these are other great cheesy movies you would enjoy

  • what genre would these be? I know the obvious would be horror, but all those flicks have something about them that's hard to put your finger on.

  • I've seen most of those. Never saw Bad Taste (Peter Jackson is the Kiwi version of Sam Raimi) or Frankenho0ker. Between those two, I'd go with Bad Taste first. On second thought, maybe I did see Frankenho0ker.

  • @Sww5625, Repo Man, Motorama, anything by Alex Cox I think everyone here would enjoy.

  • @Sww5625 thanks X 10

  • @Sww5625

I thought hard rock zombies was out of print? btw, excellent choices, I've seen most of these, all amazing. Check out hell of the living dead, Cemetery Man, jack-o, sorriority house massacre 2, jack frost, zombi 3, all up your alley.

  • someone upload this it used to be online but not anymore! this was the best movie! wizzy was my favorite charcter nobody fucks with the wiz! nobody!

  • I rented this movie at blockbuster video in the early 90's. I could have sworn that the VHS box says a TROMA team release. Is this true? Was Troma the original VHS distributor?

  • I don't know if Troma was the distributor. I only know that Troma made this movie.

  • Troma did NOT make this movie and Lloyd Kaufman hates the people who did...So, check your facts.

  • Troma doesn't hate Jim Muro, that whole feud is an in-joke.

  • Yeah, the guy who plays the doorman is brilliant. He went on to star in FRANKENHOOKER, another '80's classic.

  • I don't mean to pwn you hardcore, but Frankenhooker was made in 1990.

  • Well, yeah, OK... my youth is... hazy at best... Besides, I came within a year of the right decade... Would hardly qualify as a "hardcore" pwning... but I getcha.

  • Best movie ever! The chopped off penis scene is the best.

  • Yes toxic aveneger is fantastic for 1984, but this movie still blows everything out of the water!!!

  • I agree, Toxic Avenger rocks but Street Trash has always been my favorite. I have the Gorezone magazine with the Street Trash article. It came with a poster of one of the guys melting. I had it hanging on my wall when i was kid. "I used to make bitches like you parade around the village bare pussy...........BITCH!!!!!!!!"

  • lol... theres always a snake in the garden of eden!! great film!!!

  • good film gore gore gore gore gore gore

  • My favorite part of the movie is the doorman at the end, and its actually in the trailer.. "Whats a matta, can't hold ya liquor??" Wow.. priceless

  • "Kiss ya prick? It's dribblin' down the stairs!"

    Priceless.

  • Any1 know where I can watch this online?

  • greatest movie ever made and that is that

  • Toxic Avenger is pure shit compared to this masterpiece, dude!

  • this is indeed the truth; and something i've tried to point out to toxieholics but to no avail. they win gold medals in FAIL at the B-movie olympics. there is NO...i repeat NO movie that has such a cool opening scene of death. a chickiepoo getting eaten by a shark on a beach at night? big deal! in australia that's something we take book on every other weekend. you KNOW you've seen class when an old wino dissolves down a toilet on a vacant block five minutes in.. • BEST-MOVIE-EVER

  • the clean up on the film remastering looks great still got the original vhs which is grainy but it looks like a really good job on it

  • i love stupid shit like this.

  • despite the brilliance of this movie, jim muro is piece of shit.

that fucker wouldnt last 2 weeks on the street.

  • I have the 2 disc edition. This is a great film

  • Man, this old stuff looks scary. This new stuff, Hostel, Saw, all that crap, they just want to shock you into being scared but they don't realize that nothing is shocking to us teens anymore. This stuff, it seems so abstract, like being stuck in a bad dream that you can't wake up from. That's what makes it scary.

  • It's personal and inspired, it's a film about an idea, and it taps into something we can identify with in reality. Hostel is a watered down for mass appeal, movie about better movies than itself. This might be why. Also, teenagers are not funny, you don't feel sorry for them, and they have no emotional depth or resonance, but they sell to the pablum munching masses, so they the ones who populate the movies. All these reasonas and more are why contemporary studio horror stinks.

  • @GhostMint Teenagers can be likeable if they are written well.

  • haha roy frumkes is my international cinema teacher at the SVA summer program, and he was telling us about street trash and i finally see the trailer hahah! the guy is awesome by the way.

  • Without doubt one of the scummiest movies ever made, I love it! and still own my VHS copy. The closing credit sequence is a hoot.

  • That's on my DVD must have list!!!!

  • Can someone post the end of this film, where the crime boss drinks Tenafly Viper and disintegrates {off-screen},but sings a bizarre parody of "My Way" over the closing credits?

    Look,I haven't seen this in years---that's all I remember!

  • refreshing & satisfying: Tenaflee Viper

  • Sweet!

  • I have this on VHS!!!

  • this stuff rules, I used to have street trash.

  • The wine! The wine! Hahaha

  • I can't believe they released this on dvd finally. Vic noto who plays Bronson in street Trash is a buddy of mine, if you get a chance he's on Greg the bunny this season in a parody of Passion of the Christ its on ifc he is also in the Sopranos episode the ride alittle more clean cut ,..he's the biker on the right check out the name of his Club a little trivia for you!
