The reason that the sheriff's dont want to enforce a law, is that like most new laws this one gives people freedom and does not take it away. San berdo is funded by sucking monies from the state and Federal governments, from being paid for incarcerating people. It is not bad enough that they kill more than one human being per month. San Bernardino,with 2 million people incarcerates more people than L.A county which has more than TEN million people. What san bernardino needs is jobs not cops.

In case you did not know, San Bernardino's current population stands at 2,060,950 and so even if you are one in a million there is at least one other just like you in San Bernardino County. Not to mention 20 just like you in all of southern california. So in the grand scheme of things, you are fairly insignificant. You have to coexist with many other people.
