The brain in the young male hasn't fully developed until age 25 and they do make bad choices and act irrationally, I'm sorry but those are the facts. As well as that they don't have the wealth of experience that a person over 30 or 40 may have.
That's not ageism it's reality. Of course there are many exceptions some younger people are brilliant and have overcome this disability, probably because they are way ahead of the pack already.
