I don't know anything about saddles ...I had no idea you used all that stuff on your horse! Good stuff!!!

things like the halter under the bridle, oilskin coat, saddle bags, breastplate all that are optional, but i like to have them lol.
you can get away with (on Aussie gear) saddle blanket, saddle (with stirrups girth surcingle (sometimes called overgirth)) and bridle only
