Why would you go into the shower with mascara on? Surely looking good for the first two seconds of the video isnt worth looking like a panda for the rest of it? You're pretty though, weird concept for the blog but it kinda works.
You shouldn't put conditioner all over your hair because it makes it greasier a LOT faster. You are only supposed to put conditioner on the ends of your hair, not near your scalp :)

You have a spunky bubbly personality. I think the appeal in your videos is that you share your life to the internet like to a friend. There are lots of pauses/hmm.../giggles and the topics are not very interesting to general public, but to you personally it's important and so it looks like you are bring in the audience to your little world. The shower setting also make it interpersonal(in non-sexual sense).
Hi I enjoyed this. About school and work. I may be naive or dumb about this, because I'm not in your situation. But what about getting notes from your instructors at school telling the people at work that you DO have classes. I know that sounds dumb and old-fashioned but maybe if they see that they'll be better about it. About tips at work I usually try to give 20% of the cheque as a tip. Is that the way it is now? Anyways good luck with work AND school. Nice to see you back.

but see, school insure's that one does not have to rely on food service for money .
being an (newly)ex-industry person myself , i have no tolerance for employers like this ... there are A LOT of chow spots in a big city .
by the way , i worked at the Shroom in Brookhaven ( north atlanta ) , Ga , back in the day .
