This is the long since disbanded French team called La Releve. La Releve consisited of David Belle, Sebastien Foucan, The Vigroux Brothers, Jerome Ben Aous, Kazuma, Sebastien Goudot and a couple others I know I'm forgetting. This is also the cut version of the video. There is a longer version in which David has more parts but it is extremly rare.
