Does it make getting an attorney for everyday situations for instance to sue someone, get a divorce, etc, With PPL and the 25% discount you will still be paying a high cost per hour that is not affordable to people who can only afford 26$ a month in thier budget.

I have been a member of PPL for 4 years and I have to say I will never leave home without it. I have a small productions company and I am on the phone to the attorneys when I have a question about my rights on a live shoot, ya know if some knocks over my camera's and breaks them who is going to help cover the cost of replacing my stuff?? If I have to take action there is a 25% discount. if they want to sue me I have they have a fat wallet.

As for...'If the product is so great why do 49% of new members cancel within the first year?'...They could have been (911) clients who wanted something for nothing. You KNOW what I mean. As for the 49% (they WOULD be covered under the 25% discount)By YOUR stats, more than half stay. Case closed.

All these areas are covered with a 25% discount. Just like medical coverage you have a co-pay.

People cancel because PPL attorneys tell the truth, not what a client wants to hear. A great many people are under the impression that because they "pay" an attorney they should prevail. People love to tell help - how to help...and then find fault when it doesn't work out. I'm just sayin'

If the service is so terrible, why will several attorney generals, national chamber of commerce president, and american bar association president be endorsing and even narrating a 30 minute program on Court TV in a couple weeks? hmmm...of course there are limitations. When they are not explained properly, people have false expectations, but it's saved us thousands.

Nothing about PPD is illegal, but they are walking up to the edge of legality.

It basically preys upon the fears of the least well educated parts of society. If you think for a second that if you are charged with a criminal offence, are being sued, or are getting divorced and think that PPD will cover even a fraction of your costs you are insane!

relax... call your Car Insurance provider and cancel it cause they prey upon your fear of getting into an accident, and I know what you're thinking... Auto Insurance is the law, the law actually states you must present financial responsibility not auto insurance. call your Health Insurance provider and cancel that cause they prey upon your fear of getting sick one day. No matter what you have to pay a deductible to get back what you've been pre-paying for...

Perhaps it is just the redistribution of wealth from the stupid to the smart, but I want no part of it.

I understand what my car insurance covers and what it doesn't.  It really does protect me from a major loss in the event of a total loss of my car and those of others.

Imagine your car insurance covered you only for towing your car to a garage, but you had to pay for all the repairs once there. That is the appropriate parallel.

okay its not for you,if Auto Ins. covered mech. work (non collision) then we would have a perfect service that covers things that could happen more often than people expect.

Everyday we are faced with legal situations, I feel good to know that no one will be taking advantage of my family from now on. To know that when someone over-bills my aunt for a phone call she did not make, she makes a call & has an attorney write a letter and the bill is gone makes me feel good. how'bout you?
