No, I don't wear prescription lenses either, but i like to put on the colored ones or the freaky eye contacts because it looks unreal. I have been doing this for about 5 years and going to rave dance parties with the glow in the dark ones and I have perfect eyes.

You just need to make sure to take care of them. Wash your hands and don't use a towel (you dont want the towel fluff to get in your eye)

and always remove them before bed
