Besides Cleveland had one of the weakest divisions in the game at the time and played in a much overall weaker conference than what the East is becoming now i.e. migration of A'mare and Melo.

Having said all of that 66 was their very highest win total, within 5 yrs the Heat will beat that AND get a ring.
