  • great video. I own a private gym and this video gave me a couple of ideas to show the trainers. So far, they are using the tire to do sledge hammer hits and tire flips. I like the step ups (as we are low on pylo boxes) and the chest press.

  • With a 10lb hammer, if I'm hitting the tire like you are, I won't bulk up will I? I'm an amateur boxing, looking to increase my strength, not bulk up. need to stay light and fast you see, Need your advice.
