Interesting "Trouble Incoming Please Stand By" bumper. Could anyone explain what it means?

@Childist2 Most likely an automatic "trouble slide" from the cable company in case of signal loss.

@IkegamiHK312 The slide apperars just before the color bars appear, so I think that the "trouble incomming" is the color bars.

The film of "The Navy Hymn," as seen here prior to the sign-off, is the same one that was used for years on Los Angeles station KNBC Channel 4's sign-offs.
