Spirit is the embodiment of a stupid dad. Sometimes they act dumb, sometimes they make mistakes, sometimes they do things that are downright awful. But they always learn their lesson, and there is never any doubt how much they love you. :)

Thinking about my dad is hard because he is really old (73) and i'm 15 [because i'm a adopted child]. i wish he was at least 35-55 years old like my friend's dads,And i'd wished that some times when i looked at stars or blew out my candles on my birthday cake.The thought of him leaving kills me.I want him to stay long enough for him to walk me down the aisle and see my kids.Love your father as long as you can. Ugh, it kinda pisses me off seeing some of these comments. I grew up without a dad for most of my life (I'm 18. I found him, yes FOUND, when I was 17). I love him even though he did fuck up. Appreciate your Dad because man when he's gone, he's gone. Be glad your Dad even loves you because, really, he doesn't HAVE to.
When i was little i never liked my dad, he was so selfish.. he was mean to my mother and he slapped me and my brother very often. One day he left without telling when i was like 12 or 13 or something.. months later he came back and he wanted to try again. I never wanted but he still stayed.. it started good and today (im 15) hes the nicest person i know.. he wants to hug me everyday, he says hes proud and wants to know how my days are and everyday he comes with his funny jokes and smiles <3

@schattenkatz02 Yes. I'm not sure what caused his behavior but I know that he wasn't raised very well. I'm actually surprised that he changed and I have no idea how, maybe he had a view at his youth? Maybe he wanted to start living as a happy family? That's something I will never find out.

I still find it amazing that Taku Iwasaki also wrote the music to this and the Kuroshitsuji soundtrack. All his music is just breathtaking, and the fact that he can change from something as dramatic as Si Deus Me Relinquit, or something as historical as A Diabolic Waltz, or something as great as this or anything he writes still does not cease to wow me. He's really one of those composers I admire and his music inspires me to write my own and not give up learning it.
