Most attorneys & women's supporters advise moms to make False Abuse Allegations as normal, primary means to win custody & divorce, winner takes all. 3/4 of divorced DADS in my area experience false allegations AND parental alienation.

Most parental alienation accompanies HER false allegations resulting in mothers having sole custody, with dads alienated from their kids' lives. Most GAL's & other court hangers-on support the rot lest they lose their seat at this banquet on children's flesh.

My 14 year old daughter has been missing since Jan. 7, 2011 after she found the COURAGE to go to investigators and speak about the verbal, physical and alienation abuse her father has consumed her and her siblings with. She is not the first child he sent away to SILENCE their VOICE against His ABUSE. What you speak about speaks VOLUMES as to who he is and what he has done. We have endured nearly NINE Long years of this abuse. He REFUSES to tell me where my daughter is as he bought custody/kids

The court system is still failing the children in this country. My husband and his daughter have survived it by the Grace of God. She was taken from him by her mom, who died unexpectedly hidden in drama and trauma then for 3 months he did not know where she was. Yes, this took place in America paid for by a movie star. She did not get to see her father for 6 months. The child is a joy. No one knows what she has been through but her. But the scars are visible. Stop hurting them Stop hurting them

The court system failed my sister and her daughter and now my niece's teacher (she is five) has recommended counseling. Of course my sister's ex blames her for dragging him to the child psychologist even though is was the teacher's idea. I wish the judges were required to see progress reports on the child custody cases they preside over. They make terrible decisions that destroy children's lives and then move on, never knowing the havoc they have caused.

It hurts so much I struggle to carry on with life...Its like my children have died every day, but they are 10 minutes away. 6 months ago I had every alternate weekend with them...now I am faced with either an enormous legal battle with my ex causing untold hurt through a legal system in SA which is useless OR walk away with a "call me if u want"...

Thanks! Our courts and their comrades encourage, reward and coach this abusive behavior. Unfortunately, they later discover that they've ruined the lives of not just their exes (which they were encouraged to do by alienating) but especially trashed and permanently destroyed the lives of their children. The latter in turn ruins and destroys their own lives as well.

Everyone loses with PAS, except the courts and their associates who encourage it to profit from the disputes and the fallout.

Thank you, you're spot on! The mother of my daughter believes she has done nothing wrong, claiming to have not said anything negative to my daughter about me. You've made the point that you don't have to, the child has only got to hear and feel the negativity towards the other parent!

PAS has been happening for over 15 years. The father, stepmother and family have ran a campaign against me and my family. He has even said in the past he does it out of spite. They do not have to do any maintenance because it is now a part of who my daughter is. It is @ 50/50 now and mothers do not always get custody. Better pre-parenting classes need to be delivered as a prevention. My goal is to now help prevent this for other children and target parents.

Thank you for your comment. I agree that better pre-parenting classes are necessary. I am looking into strategies to do this. As it is now, the system that we expect will look over this is underprepared. i believe that this can be improved.

Thank you for replying. It is hard to make such a long story short. I would like to join any endeavor to educate in the pre-parenting arena. I have a PA teaching cert. in Family and Consumer Science and have been pondering this idea. I did introduce PAS in a high school child dev. class. I sub right now and see the destruction in children's through their behavior. Too many are involved in PAS. Healing could occur if parents would ask forgiveness of their child but these parents do no wrong....

@pasisabuse where did you take these classes I need more knowlege to help my step daughter get through this she is suffering severe anxiety and chewing her nails till her fingers bleed besides I am starting to see hidden camileion child syndrome hints and she is at a critical puberty age. Can you point me in a helpful direction.

At this time I am trying to earn my masters in counseling so I have the credentials I need to help detect and prevent PAS. I suggest you go to a local college and browse articles on Parental alienation. Some the college can order for students. Read articles by Baker, J.Kelly, J Johnston. Ask the librarian. Also Warshak's Welcome Pluto DVD. WB if need anything else. Praying for her!
